Celebrity Chef Patrick Wiese is about to launch his new concept into the food truck world- Twisted Kitchen social Truckin’ and Caterin’ coming early Summer 2014 in Hamilton, Ontario.

Previous competitor on Top Chef Canada season 1 , and Chef to Many high profile clients and celebrities in and around the GTA also once personal Chef to Oprah Winfrey. Chef Wiese has always possessed a slightly twisted sense of his culinary style with his “Comfortably Twisted “ culinary techniques in taking what we know and giving them just the right balance of fun and frivolous to create approachable but enticing menu items.

Twisted kitchen will be no different.

Chef Wiese’s love and passion will be out there for all to taste. Bringing a culinary experience no one has ever seen.

“I am going to just have fun with the menu items I let the food speak to me when I am creating. No holding back so get ready to have a fun ride!”- says Chef Wiese.

No doubt as his reputation in the Food world has always been respected and adored and veered as a unique blend of all worlds collide.

His new venture TWISTED KITCHEN CATERIN’- will speak to all walks of life providing menu items such as “Cheeseburger soup”, or “Koreanami egg rolls “ Chef Wiese’s take on Pastrami and egg rolls combining the world of pastrami done Korean style with Kim chi Kraut and his signature –“ yum yum sauce- a combination of Korean spices and traditional mustard and sour cream and his special finishing touches to finish off the egg rolls with sheer delight.
